INTERNAL REGULATIONS – TTF YOUR FITNESS CLUB

1 - SCOPE

These Regulations apply to all Clubs with the name TTF, Time To Fitness, Time To Fitness 24, Fitness24, or Workit24hours (hereinafter referred to as ‘TTF’ or ‘Club(s)’), binding all those who attend them, namely their members. Their application does not prejudice the rights and duties provided for in the membership agreement entered into between the members and the company PTES – Unipessoal, LDA, NIF 510518087, or another entity duly authorized to operate the aforementioned brands. Compliance with these Regulations is essential for the proper functioning of the Clubs and coexistence among members.

2 - MEMBERSHIP AND RIGHTS OF USE

A) TTF services and facilities are generally reserved for its members. Membership status is effective from the date of joining, through registration and payment of the fees listed in the official price list displayed at reception. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force. Admission presupposes acceptance of all regulations and TTF reserves the right to reject any application.

B) TTF may alter membership terms at any time, including equipment, schedules, prices, services, teachers, promotions, or discounts. Changes will be communicated by a general notice displayed prominently.

C) Members receive an access card containing their fingerprint and photograph for identification and access purposes. No biometric data is stored. Loss of card requires payment of €25. Improper use of the card (loaning, selling, transferring) incurs a €75 fine and may result in cancellation.

"Under no circumstances should I allow anyone other than myself to enter the Club using my membership card."
