The provisions of this Regulation apply to Clubs with the names TTF, Time To Fitness, Time To Fitness 24, Fitness24 or Workit24hours, binding all those who attend them, namely their members and without prejudice to the special rights and duties provided for in the membership agreement between the members and PTES - Unipessoal, Lda, with the NIF 510518087, or any other company duly authorized to exploit the said brands. Strict observance of the provisions of this Regulation is essential for the coexistence of all members and for the proper functioning of the Clubs, so the collaboration of all is appreciated.
A) The services and facilities of TTF are generally reserved for its members. Membership status takes effect from the time of joining, which will occur through registration and payments as set out in the price list, which is posted at the reception (price list) and whose values and descriptions are an integral part of these Regulations, all values include VAT at the current legal rate.
The admission of members assumes the acceptance and full compliance with all conditions, regulations, standards and prices, TTF reserves the right to reject any membership request.
B) The modalities and services available to Members are defined in this Regulation. TTF reserves the right, at any time and unilaterally, to change the terms and conditions established in the Membership Agreement, including, but not limited to the replacement of modalities, available equipment, services provided, schedules, teachers, prices, promotions and or discounts. All changes will be communicated to Members through a general notice posted for this purpose in the Clubs, in a clearly visible location, with an advance notice of 8 (eight) days, except in specific and urgent situations.
C) TTF will provide an access card to the facilities, which allows access to any of our Clubs, fingerprints of the member are recorded on this card, TTF does not have any copy of them.In case of loss, damage or misplacement of the card, the Member must immediately report such fact, and it will be replaced, upon payment of €25 (Twenty Five Euros). Given the personal and non-transferable nature of the said card, its sale, loan, or transfer to others is prohibited.The improper use of the card is penalized with the application of a fine of €75 (Seventy-Five Euros), for each violation, and with the cancellation of the member's subscription, if the Administration so understands, there being no place for the refund of any amounts already paid.
"Never, under any circumstances, should I allow anyone, other than myself, to enter the Club's facilities using my membership card, nor should I enter accompanied by another person or facilitate entry for anyone, much less children."
A) To register, it is necessary:
- Sign in person or accept in digital format the Internal Regulations, present a valid identification document and NIF, provide proof of IBAN (for the direct debit payment option), choose one of the fees available in the price table;
- Make the payment of the Registration fee of €50 (Fifty Euros), the Personal Accident Insurance fee of €10 (Ten Euros), valid and renewable for periods of one year, and also the first Monthly fee at the time of registration.
B) The membership will be automatically renewed as soon as it completes one year, if the Member does not express his intention not to renew it, in accordance with Clause No. 7 Subsection B.
Upon renewal of the Membership, the annual value of the Personal Accident Insurance will be charged by direct debit, for members of the monthly fees who are not required to make the monthly payment by direct debit, the payment of the Personal Accident Insurance can be made at one of our receptions or through our website, choosing one of the available payment methods.
C) PLANS:
Normal Monthly Fee - 32€ (Thirty-Two Euros) - The payment of the 1st installment is made at the club reception, on the website, or through the Commercial Department, using one of the available payment methods, all other installments are necessarily paid by direct debit, on the first business day of each month.
Whenever the debit is declined, a new attempt to collect by direct debit will be made, in the event of a return due to insufficient funds a fine of 5 (five) euros will be applied.
The change of the indicated IBAN for making payments requires the Member to inform the administrative services, with a minimum notice of 30 (thirty) days before the next debit.
Free Pass Monthly Fee - 42€ (Forty-Two Euros)- The member pays the registration and insurance, valid for one year and the first monthly fee, afterwards they will only have to pay for the months they wish to train.
Family Monthly Fee - 27€ (Twenty Seven Euros)- Only valid if there are 3 people from the same household (ascendants, descendants, and/or spouses), upon presentation of proof that they are relatives. If one of the participants cancels the plan, the remaining ones switch to the Normal Monthly option the following month. Payment is mandatorily made by direct debit and is governed by the same conditions as the Normal Monthly fee.
Time To Drink Monthly Fee - 3€ (Three Euros) – Upon registration, members with monthly fees paid by Direct Debit are offered 30 days of the Time To Drink service, with the right to 3 drinks per day; after this period, the cost of the service will be debited together with the Gym Membership fee. To cancel the service, you must send an email to socios@ttf24.com, and no prior notice is required.
D) If the Member cancels the direct debit authorization, requests its revocation without any prior notice, or if the debit is refused for any reason other than insufficient funds, TTF24 shall have the right to charge an additional fee of €10 (ten euros) for each missing month, with the process being forwarded to the company INTRUM JUSTITIA, with legal costs applied to the Member in the amount of €50 (fifty euros) and/or legal action being taken through the appropriate legal means.
E) The verification of payment delays, or their absence, implies the impossibility of access to the facilities by the Member and after 3 (three) months in arrears, whether consecutive or intermittent, a collection process will be initiated through the company INTRUM JUSTITIA, with the appropriate penalties provided for in Point 3, item D.
The minimum age for membership is 13* (thirteen) years old, and it is mandatory until the age of 14 to present, in writing, medical authorization for the practice of physical exercise in a gym. Membership is only carried out in the presence of the legal representative, who will sign the Internal Regulations and the authorization for the minor to attend the Club, also assuming full responsibility for the minor's physical integrity, as well as for any situation that may occur, including damages or other losses that may cause in the facilities.
Visitors or underage guests* can only do trial training with the signature of their legal representative.
All those who become members, being underage, a Training Plan is provided in the APP for free, as well as they should schedule with the Personal Trainer an Evaluation and an Initial Guidance, which will also be free, if they miss the appointment without prior notice and want to reschedule they will have to make the payment before scheduling the service, according to the price list.
TTF reserves the right to refuse the refund of any amounts, duly calculated and received for the payment of its services, and may use charged amounts for the payment of subsequent monthly fees, or those in arrears.
TTF reserves the right to cancel, without justification, the Membership of a member, as well as suspend or even resolve if the member has behaviors that violate the current norms, which may endanger the health and well-being of other members as well as employees, cause damage to the facilities, materials or equipment, or that may, in any way, affect the reputation of the Club, or who uses insulting, abusive or coarse language, without any prior notice or refund of amounts already charged. The Member also has the obligation to return their card, if they do not, they will be obliged to pay for it, in the amount of €25 (Twenty Five Euros).
A) The Member can request the transfer of their membership to another person, which will be completely free if there is reuse of the member card.
B) Membership may be canceled by the Member through a registered letter sent to the headquarters, located at Rua Cipriano Dourado No. 14-B, 1600-428 Lisbon, or by email to socios@ttf24.com, indicating full name, club where they train, and reason for cancellation, with 30 (thirty) days’ notice prior to the first day of the month in which they wish it to take effect. If the notice period is not observed, TTF24 has the right to charge the full amount of the following month’s fee.
Upon cancellation of the Membership, or on the last day of training, the Member is obliged to return their membership card, if they do not, they will be obliged to pay for it, at a cost of €25 (Twenty Five Euros).
A) The visitor who shows interest in doing a daily workout will have to fill out a Liability and Risk Assumption Form, at the reception of the Club.
B) Those who are already members may bring two people per year as guests, who should proceed as provided in the previous clause.
C) Visitors/guests may only attend the Club between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. or between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and are subject to the same rules and conditions of use of the Club that apply to Members.
D) TTF reserves the right to admit guests/visitors.
A) Each Member MUST bring a training towel and sneakers that are not worn directly from the street, as well as train with clean and appropriate clothing for physical exercise.
B) Members should pay special attention to noise, so as not to disturb anyone, both inside and at the door of the Clubs. They should also avoid dropping weights and or other equipment, as well as making excessive noise during physical exercise.
C) All materials, equipment, and free weights should be put back in their proper place after use.
D) Members should use the machines only for the time necessary to perform the intended exercises.
E) It is not allowed to bring bags or backpacks into the Training Rooms.
F) It is not allowed to train bare-chested, in jeans, barefoot, in socks or in flip-flops;
G) The Member who voluntarily or through irresponsible use damages a device, equipment, or instrument used in the Club will be obliged to arrange for its repair or compensate the Club for the current market value, without prejudice to other penalties, including termination of membership, with no charge to be borne by the Club. This amount is subject to execution, with the implication of payment of procedural charges and attorney's fees to be borne by the Member.
NOTE: In case of non-compliance with the rules mentioned in items A, B, C, D, E, and/or F, TTF may impose a fine of €20 (Twenty Euros) and block access to the Clubs via the membership card.
A) Personal trainers who do not belong to the TTF Clubs are not allowed.
B) If the Member does not know how to use the devices available at the Club, they should request instructions on their operation from the reception, so that the Club Coordinators can direct the Member to one of the available Personal Trainers;
C) All Clubs have duly accredited professionals who have a Space Lease Agreement with TTF2, all service provision, scheduling, payments and invoicing are the sole responsibility of the contracted PT;
D) The fees for PT Services are those listed in the table and set by TTF; Professionals may not use any fees different from those available at the receptions or on the website Open in new windowtimetofitness24.com, except for ongoing promotions.
E) All custom training packs have a maximum validity of 1 week per session purchased, that is, 4 sessions purchased are valid for 4 weeks and so on;
F) Whenever the member misses a session without an 8-hour prior notice, the session is considered completed by the PT, in the same way that if the PT misses without notice with the same advance, they are obliged to make up for the missed session as well as offer an additional one.
A) All Members are entitled to an individual/random locker equipped with a lock; it is necessary for the Member to bring a padlock to secure their belongings.
B) At the end of its use, you should leave the locker open and without any goods inside.
C) If the Club finds that the Member is misusing the locker, it reserves the right to open the locker and remove the goods found there. If they are not claimed and picked up at the reception within a week, they will be donated to a charity.
D) If you lose the key to your locker and the Club's reception is closed, please contact the emergency number posted in all our Clubs. If you damage the locker while trying to open it, you will be charged for the repair costs.
E) TTF24 is not responsible for the loss, theft, robbery or damage of any property within the facilities, including goods stored in lockers (previously rented or not), with the member waiving the right to any compensation or indemnity.
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the Clubs, including in the locker rooms;
- The entry or presence of animals in the Clubs is not allowed, with the exception of assistance dogs;
- The TTF facilities are intended for physical activities, members cannot sleep or reside in them;
- Eating food inside the exercise rooms or locker rooms is not allowed, at the reception it is only allowed if these foods have been purchased from our vending machines;
- It is mandatory to respect and comply with the instructions that are posted in the facilities;
- Members must make correct and prudent use of all the material they have access to.
- Members can use the Clubs 365 days a year, or 366 days in a leap year, each Club has its operating hours posted;
- Our receptions operate from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 2pm and from 3pm to 8pm;
- TTF reserves the right to change the operating hours of the Receptions or Clubs, whenever it deems necessary.
Lost items that are found by the Club's staff will be donated to charity institutions, if they have been kept by the TTF for 15 (fifteen) days, and have not been collected or claimed by their owners. The TTF assumes no responsibility for lost items, nor for the belongings of Members left at the Clubs, with the Member waiving the right to any compensation or indemnity.
A) Members may join any ongoing promotion at the time of registration, which will last for 12 (twelve) months. In case of renewal of the membership, the amounts to be applied to subsequent installments will be those listed in the current price table, without promotions or campaigns. The same cancellation rules apply to contracts with promotions as to contracts without promotions.
B) Campaigns and/or promotions cannot be combined with other ongoing offers.
C) Members who benefit from special conditions as a result of Business Protocols must provide proof of their situation annually to maintain their contracted conditions, otherwise they will automatically switch to the normal monthly fee, as stated in the current price table.
A) TTF reserves the right to maintain all equipment and other electronic devices, among others, whenever it deems necessary and at any time, without prior notice.
B) Whenever the Administration deems necessary, it will make changes, modifications or works in the Clubs, placing a prominent notice at the reception and or on the website, for an indefinite period.
A) Members should communicate at the Club reception, as soon as possible, any change of address, phone, and or email they provided at the time of their registration, in order to ensure good communication and service delivery. Otherwise, the Club reserves the right to block or suspend the Member's entry into the facilities, until all the correct information is obtained.
All partner data is subject to automatic data processing. Under the terms of the Data Protection Law and subsequent updates, and through digital or in-person signature of the membership, the partner gives their explicit consent for TTF to process their personal data. In turn, TTF has implemented appropriate measures to ensure information security.
B) TTF is available for any complaints, requests or suggestions from Members, which should be made in person or in writing, addressed to the Club Administration.
C) TTF commits to maintaining its facilities with suitable equipment, keeping good environmental conditions appropriate for physical exercise.
D) The Partners become aware of the Regulations at the time of their registration, however it will be posted at the reception.
E) The claim of ignorance of this Regulation cannot be accepted as an argument for non-compliance, since registration will not be effective unless it is signed as a form of agreement. TTF reserves the right to change this Regulation, a general communication placed in a prominent place being sufficient for this purpose.
F) The membership of the partner is regulated in accordance with the current Portuguese Law, and the courts of the district of Lisbon will be competent to resolve any conflicts between customers and TTF.
A) For all purposes, including civil liability, I declare that, under the terms of paragraph 2 of article 40 of Law No. 5/2007 of January 16, regardless of whether I have any clinical, congenital, and/or physical contraindications that may put my health at risk during or after the practice of any activities I intend to undertake at the Club, I assume any situation that may occur to me, without holding the Club responsible at any time.
B) I declare and guarantee that the personal data provided is true, being responsible for its authenticity.
C) PTES, Lda. reserves the right to use my contact information to promote products and services, as well as to freely use my image, suggestions, and opinions for advertising, promotion, or publicity on social media and in the press. If I do not authorize this, I must send an email to socios@ttf24.com.
D) I accept and agree without reservation to the terms and conditions presented here, which I declare to have read and understood in full.having digitally signed, through acceptance of the Internal Regulations received in the email I provided to TTF24.
