These Regulations apply to all Clubs with the name TTF, Time To Fitness, Time To Fitness 24, Fitness24, or Workit24hours (hereinafter referred to as ‘TTF’ or ‘Club(s)’), binding all those who attend them, namely their members. Their application does not prejudice the rights and duties provided for in the membership agreement entered into between the members and the company PTES – Unipessoal, LDA, NIF 510518087, or another entity duly authorized to operate the aforementioned brands. Compliance with these Regulations is essential for the proper functioning of the Clubs and coexistence among members.
A) TTF services and facilities are generally reserved for its members. Membership status is effective from the date of joining, which will take place through registration and payment of the fees set out in the price list, which is displayed at reception (price list) and whose description forms an integral part of these Regulations. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Admission of members presupposes acceptance of and full compliance with all conditions, regulations, rules, and prices, and TTF reserves the right to reject any application for membership.
B) The modalities and services available to Members are defined in these Regulations. TTF reserves the right, at any time and unilaterally, to change the terms and conditions set forth in the Membership Agreement, including, but not limited to, the replacement of modalities, available equipment, services provided, schedules, teachers, prices, promotions, and/or discounts. All changes will be communicated to Members through a general notice posted for this purpose in the Clubs, in a clearly visible location;
C) TTF will provide an access card to the facilities, which allows access to any of our Clubs. This card contains the member's fingerprints, as well as a photograph taken at the time of registration, used exclusively for access control and internal identification. TTF does not keep any copies of fingerprints or photographs, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 58/2019 of August 8, which ensures the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), guaranteeing the privacy and security of our members' personal data. In the event of loss, damage, or misplacement of the card, the Member must immediately report this fact, and the card will be replaced upon payment of €25 (twenty-five euros). Given the personal and non-transferable nature of the card, its sale, loan, or transfer to others is prohibited. Misuse of the card is punishable by a fine of €75 (seventy-five euros) for each offense and cancellation of the Member's membership, if the Administration so decides, with no refund of any amounts already paid;
“Under no circumstances should I allow anyone other than myself to enter the Club's premises using my membership card, nor should I enter accompanied by another person or facilitate entry to anyone else, especially children.”
A) To register, it is necessary:
B) Membership will be automatically renewed after one year if the Member does not express their intention not to renew, in accordance with Clause No. 7, Paragraph B.
Upon renewal of membership, the annual amount of Personal Accident Insurance will be charged by direct debit. For members who do not have to make monthly payments by direct debit, payment for Personal Accident Insurance can be made at one of our reception desks or through our website, choosing one of the available payment methods.
C) PLANS:
Plus Monthly Fee - The first monthly fee is paid at the club reception, on the website, or through the Commercial Department, using one of the available payment methods. All remaining monthly fees must be paid by direct debit on the first business day of each month.
Whenever the debit is refused, a new attempt will be made to collect the payment by direct debit. If the payment is returned due to insufficient funds, a fine of five (5) euros will be applied. Any change to the IBAN provided for making payments requires the Member to inform the administrative services at least 30 (thirty) days in advance of the next debit.
Go Monthly Fee - The Member pays the registration and insurance fees, valid for one year, and the first monthly fee. Subsequently, they will only have to pay for the months they wish to train.
The main difference between the two plans is that, while the Normal Monthly Fee is paid exclusively by direct debit and always starts on the 1st of each month, the Free Pass Monthly Fee is flexible, with payment made at the time and the validity period counted from that date.
Time To Drink Monthly Fee - Upon registration, members with monthly fees paid by direct debit are offered 30 days of the Time To Drink service, entitling them to 3 vitamin drinks per day and unlimited access to water. After this period, the cost of the service will be debited together with the Gym Monthly Fee. To cancel the service, you must send an email to socios@ttf.pt
or to the club's email address by the 25th of each month.
D) If the Member cancels or revokes the direct debit authorization without prior notice, or if the debit is rejected for a reason other than insufficient funds, TTF shall have the right to charge an additional fee of €10 (ten euros) for each missing month.
If the situation is not resolved, the process may be forwarded to the company INTRUM JUSTITIA, and the Member will be charged administrative collection fees in the amount of €50 (fifty euros).
Without prejudice to the above, legal action may also be taken through the appropriate legal means.
E) Delay or failure to pay monthly fees will result in immediate suspension of access to the facilities.
If the Member accumulates three (3) consecutive or interpolated monthly fees in arrears, the collection process will be initiated through INTRUM JUSTITIA, with the application of the penalties provided for in point D of section 3.
The minimum age for membership is 13 (thirteen) years old, and it is mandatory that children up to 14 (fourteen) years old be accompanied by a written medical authorization to practice physical exercise in the gym. Membership is only granted in the presence of the legal representative, who will sign the Internal Regulations and the authorization for the minor to attend the Club, assuming full responsibility for the minor's physical integrity, as well as for any situation that may occur, including damage or other losses that the minor may cause to the facilities. Visitors or guests who are minors may only participate in trial training sessions upon signing an authorization form signed by their legal representative.

If they miss the appointment without prior notice and wish to reschedule, they must make the payment before scheduling the service, according to the current price list.
There will be no refund of any amounts paid for the contracted services, except in situations expressly provided for by law. Amounts charged may, where applicable, be used to offset future or overdue monthly fees.
