1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all clubs operating under the brands TTF, Time To Fitness, Time To Fitness 24, Fitness24 and Workit24hours.
1.2. Membership and use of the services imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations in force.
1.3. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
2.1. Access to and use of the facilities and services are reserved for members with an active membership.
2.2. Membership becomes effective upon completion of the registration process and payment of the applicable fees.
2.3. The membership card is personal and non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
2.4. Any improper use, lending or transfer of the membership card may result in penalties and/or termination of membership.
3.1. Registration requires the submission of the requested identification details and acceptance of the Internal Regulations.
3.2. Upon registration, members shall pay the applicable registration fee, personal accident insurance fee and first membership fee.
3.3. Membership fees shall be charged according to the selected membership plan.
3.4. Where applicable, payments shall be made by direct debit.
3.5. Unjustified cancellation of direct debit authorisation, refusal of payment, or non-compliance with payment obligations may result in administrative charges and debt recovery procedures.
3.6. Failure to pay membership fees may result in immediate suspension of access to the clubs until all outstanding amounts are settled.
4.1. The minimum age for membership is 13 years old.
4.2. Minors may only become members with the authorisation of their legal guardian and subject to the conditions established in the Internal Regulations.
5.1. Access to the Kids Lounge is subject to the specific conditions established by TTF.
5.2. Parents or legal guardians shall bear full responsibility for the supervision, conduct and wellbeing of children using the Kids Lounge.
5.3. Use of the Kids Lounge constitutes acceptance of all applicable rules and conditions.
6.1. Payments made are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
6.2. TTF may apply paid amounts towards outstanding balances or future membership fees where applicable.
7.1. TTF reserves the right to refuse membership applications or re-admissions where justified.
7.2. TTF may suspend or terminate the membership of any member whose conduct violates the Internal Regulations, applicable laws, or adversely affects the safety, wellbeing or normal operation of the clubs.
8.1. Members may request the transfer of their membership to a third party in accordance with the conditions established by TTF.
8.2. Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the channels made available by TTF.
8.3. Cancellation requests must be submitted with a minimum notice period of thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the month in which the cancellation is intended to take effect.
8.4. Failure to comply with the required notice period entitles TTF to charge the following month's membership fee in full.
8.5. The absence of a minimum commitment period ("no lock-in contract") does not exempt members from complying with the applicable cancellation notice period.
8.6. The term "no lock-in contract" means that members are not subject to a mandatory minimum membership period and may request cancellation at any time, provided that the contractual cancellation requirements are respected.
9.1. Trial sessions and guest access are subject to the conditions and schedules established by TTF.
9.2. TTF reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors and guests.
10.1. Members must comply with all rules relating to the use of equipment and facilities.
10.2. Members are required to observe all hygiene, safety and conduct standards established by TTF.
10.3. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension of access or termination of membership.
11.1. Only professionals authorised by TTF may provide personal training services within TTF facilities.
11.2. The scheduling, validity and cancellation conditions applicable to Personal Training services shall be determined by TTF and the authorised trainers.
12.1. Lockers are intended for temporary use during a member's stay at the club.
12.2. TTF accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
13.1. All members must comply with the safety and hygiene rules in force.
13.2. Any conduct that may compromise the safety, health, comfort or wellbeing of other users is strictly prohibited.
14.1. Club and reception opening hours are published through TTF's official communication channels.
14.2. TTF reserves the right to amend operating hours whenever deemed necessary.
15.1. Lost property found on the premises shall be retained for the period determined by TTF.
15.2. Any unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated after the retention period has expired.
16.1. Promotional campaigns are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
16.2. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
16.3. TTF reserves the right to restrict access to promotional offers where abusive or fraudulent use is detected.
17.1. TTF may carry out maintenance, repair or improvement works to its facilities and equipment whenever necessary.
17.2. Such works may temporarily limit access to certain services or areas and shall not entitle members to compensation.
18.1. Members must keep their personal details and contact information up to date.
18.2. Lack of knowledge of these Terms and Conditions or the Internal Regulations shall not exempt members from compliance.
18.3. TTF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions upon providing appropriate notice to members.
19.1. TTF facilities are equipped with CCTV systems and on-site security services for the protection of persons and property.
19.2. Members agree to cooperate with security personnel in the performance of their duties.
20.1. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national legislation.
20.2. Personal data may be processed for the performance of the membership agreement, compliance with legal obligations and other legitimate purposes described in TTF's Privacy Policy.
20.3. Data subjects may exercise their rights through the contact channels provided by TTF.
21.1. Physical exercise and sports activities are undertaken at the member's own risk, without prejudice to any rights granted under applicable law.
21.2. Members declare that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date.
21.3. Membership constitutes confirmation that the member has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Internal Regulations.
22.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with portuguese law.
22.2. Consumers may resort to Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities legally recognised in Portugal, without prejudice to their right to seek redress before the competent courts.
